For your pleasure and profit we offer the following four areas, one of which is certain to suit your occasion:
For conferences and large gatherings we offer the Concert Hall, with auditorium seating for 80 (formal dining for 65), with a raised stage for presentations. Tables and chairs on site, microphones, projector screen, piano, and Dessert Loft for breakout sessions.
The Green Room is available for small groups (up to 20), suitable for break out sessions, and formal breakfasts.
For a cozy “schmooz”, or a confidential business engagement, the Dessert Loft seats 15 in wingbacks and Flemish sidechairs. Also a great perch for filming and recording staged presentations.
The Gazebo Garden is a seasonal offering, with formal outdoor dining for 40. Umbrella’d tables and lawn chairs for summer naps, reading or laptop work.

Vitosha is appropriate for a small or second wedding venue, with guest lists of 65 or fewer. Bar mitzvahs, rehearsal dinners, banquets and recitals are also welcome.
In any season Vitosha Guest Haus offers a variety of environments and amenities for small conferences, seminars, workshops and performances. Gratis offerings include ten 60" round tables, vintage folding chairs, various soft furnishings and hardwood chairs for twenty; wireless for conferences, stage lights and sound system, also a projector screen. Demonstrated proficiency required to play the pipe organ and baby grand piano. A small heating surcharge is made during the coldest months, however.
Restrictions include a no hard liquor policy and no DJ's, with only foods from a licensed catering kitchen allowed. Please plan on a Hall closure time of 10PM, with no amplified music in the Gazebo Garden, where there is an earlier closure time (8PM) due to neighbors' proximity.
Hall Rates:
Recital: $150 (3 hrs.), Conference: $350 (per day), Wedding: $600 (combined with
Gazebo Garden $1000).
